AVSPRO
Technology advisory · Sheridan, Wyoming

We help businesses put AI to work — and teach their teams to keep it running.

AVSPRO is a technology advisory and training company. We assess what a business already has, design the automation and AI that fits it, and build the training that makes the change stick after we leave.

Services

What we do

Technology advisory

A structured review of the tools, data and processes a business already runs on, followed by a written roadmap: what to keep, what to replace, what to automate first, and in what order. Includes vendor and platform selection.

Customer service agents

AI agents that handle first-line customer contact across the channels a business already uses — web chat, WhatsApp, email. Built on the company's own product information and policies, with defined limits and a clear handover to a person when the conversation needs one.

Sales development agents

AI agents for the top of the sales funnel: qualifying inbound enquiries, asking the questions a human SDR would ask, and writing qualified leads into the CRM with the context attached. Sales teams receive prepared conversations rather than raw contact lists.

Systems integration

Connecting tools that were never designed to talk to each other — CRM, billing, support desk, spreadsheets, internal databases — so that information moves once instead of being re-entered by hand. We work inside the software a client already pays for wherever possible.

Data analysis and reporting

Turning the data a business already generates into reporting it can act on: consolidating sources, defining the metrics that actually drive decisions, and building dashboards that stay current without manual updating.

Courses and live training

Self-paced online courses on applied AI and business automation, plus live remote sessions built around a client team's own tools and processes rather than generic material. Courses are distributed through established online learning platforms.

How we work

Three commitments

Assessment before tooling

We do not recommend a platform before understanding the process it is meant to serve. Most automation projects fail because the process was never mapped, not because the software was wrong.

Written deliverables

Every engagement produces documentation a client keeps: the roadmap, the configuration, the runbook. Nothing important lives only in someone's head or in a call recording.

Training is part of delivery

A system nobody on the team can operate is a liability. We hand over with training, not with credentials in an email.

Who we work with

Small and mid-sized companies, professional teams, and independent operators — primarily across Latin America, working in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Engagements are remote.
