Refund Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a purchase from AVSPRO LLC and get your money back.

Online courses and digital products

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. If the product page or checkout for a particular course states a longer guarantee period, that longer period applies.

You do not need to justify the request, and how much of the course you have watched does not affect your right to a refund within this period.

How to request a refund

Write to support@getavspro.com from the email address used for the purchase, with the name of the course and the date of purchase. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

If you bought through an online learning or payment platform, the refund is issued by that platform. Where their process is faster, we will direct you to it. Once approved, funds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5 to 10 business days.

After the guarantee period

After the guarantee period has passed we do not offer refunds on digital content, except where required by law or where the product was not delivered as described. If you believe either applies, write to support@getavspro.com and we will review it.

Subscriptions

Where a product is sold as a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already in progress unless the guarantee period above still applies.

Advisory, implementation and live training

These are delivered under a separate written agreement, and its cancellation and payment terms apply instead of this policy. Where scheduled live sessions are cancelled by you with at least 5 business days' notice, they are rescheduled at no charge.

Abuse

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or redistribution of course content.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, and does not limit them.
