This policy explains what personal information AVSPRO LLC ("we", "us") collects through getavspro.com and our services, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details — your name, email address and the contents of your message when you write to us.
• Client and engagement information — information you share with us in the course of an advisory or training engagement, including business processes and system details.
• Course enrolment details — your name and email address when you enrol in a course.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. This is standard web server and analytics data.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see the section below.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments for courses are processed by third-party payment platforms, which handle card data under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and advertising technologies

Our site may use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to make the site work, and to measure whether our advertising reaches people who are interested in what we do.

This includes advertising and measurement tools provided by third parties, such as the Meta pixel and conversions API. These tools may record that you visited a page or completed an action on our site, and may associate that event with an existing account you hold with that provider. We use them to measure advertising performance and to show relevant advertising. You can limit this through your browser settings and through the advertising preferences offered by those providers.

Why we use your information

• To answer enquiries and provide the services you asked for.

Marketing messages

We only send marketing email to people who have asked to receive it. Every marketing message includes a link to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not affect messages we must send you about a purchase you have made.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to operate our business, including hosting and content delivery providers, email and communications providers, online learning and payment platforms, analytics and advertising providers, and professional advisers such as accountants. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

International transfers

AVSPRO LLC is registered in the United States and our service providers operate in several countries. If you contact us or buy from us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to three years. We keep client engagement and transaction records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting rules. We delete or anonymise information once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to legal@getavspro.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to complain to a data protection authority in your country.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to legal@getavspro.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable service providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
