What we provide

We provide technology advisory services, implementation of automation and artificial intelligence systems, live training, and self-paced online courses. Advisory and implementation work is agreed separately in a written proposal or engagement letter, which prevails over these terms where the two conflict.

Courses and digital content

When you buy a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not share your access credentials, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or use the content to create a competing course or training programme.

Course purchases are processed through third-party online learning and payment platforms. Those platforms have their own terms, which apply to the transaction alongside ours.

No guarantee of results

Our courses and advisory services are educational and professional in nature. We do not promise any specific business, financial or commercial outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of results, revenue or income. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own decisions, market conditions and how the material is applied. Any example or case study is illustrative and is not a representation of typical results.

Not professional advice in other fields

We are not lawyers, accountants or licensed financial advisers. Nothing we publish or deliver is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Obtain independent professional advice before making decisions in those areas.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, in particular where course access is shared or content is redistributed. Where we terminate for breach, we are not obliged to issue a refund.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVSPRO LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of the site, our courses or our services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory consumer rights you have.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase or use.
